Model 7003 Transport Restraint with 1003 OS Separated Handcuff Set

This model of transport restraints by CTS features a hardened waist chain with the oversized model 1003 CTS handcuffs separated on the left and right sides of the body. Transport restraints consist of cuffs and chain components creating a restraint system to prevent escape and limit the the potential of violent behavior during during transport. The pair of handcuffs attached is a hardened carbon steel chain style handcuff which recently received NIJ certification of compliance. The handcuffs feature Trueswing Technology which assures that the shackle will always swing straight into the body plates and lock itself to the multiple drop bars. Other features include special Positive Click Bak for fast application and raised rivets for added strength. Includes a set of 2 universal handcuff keys.
